What is LIVE Intelligence?
LIVE Intelligence is LIVE's own system that connects our clients with AI. Insights, statistics and many years of collaboration are gathered in one place, so we can see faster what works and create real value for our clients' customers. It also gives LIVE broad knowledge of what usually delivers results – in the form of working models we keep refining.
What do we get in LIVE Intelligence that ChatGPT can't give us?
ChatGPT knows what is on the internet. LIVE Intelligence knows what has happened in your company: your material, decisions, results and statistics over time – interpreted by people who have followed you. The answers are built on your reality, not on an average.
Where is our information kept in LIVE Intelligence?
In your own zone, in LIVE's own system on a server in Sweden. It is only used in your assignment and never shared with other clients. What we carry between assignments is working models and experience.
How does LIVE use AI?
We work smart with AI, but people are always at the centre: the ideas, decisions and responsibility are ours and yours. AI helps us analyse, summarise and work faster, so more time goes to the creative work. Exactly how we use AI is part of what we offer our clients – get in touch and we'll gladly tell you more.
Do you share information between clients?
No. Each client's information is kept separate and used only in that client's assignment. What we carry between assignments is our working models and our experience of what usually works – never your data, figures or plans.
Is our information safe when you use AI?
We handle information in line with the GDPR and the agreements we have with each client. Information is kept separate per client and is never shared with other clients. If you want to know exactly how information is handled in your assignment, we go through it together before we start.
Does AI replace creativity?
No. AI can summarise, suggest and speed things up, but it is people who understand your brand, your customers and the context. At LIVE, AI amplifies creativity rather than replacing it – humanity and a feel for what moves people cannot be automated.
Can you help us use AI in our marketing?
Yes. LIVE helps companies use AI where it adds value – for example in analysis, content planning and follow-up – without the brand losing its voice. We start from your goals and way of working and suggest what is worth starting with.
