Data controller

LIVE Reklambyrå AB (company reg. no. 556944-8987), Lilla Marieholmsgatan 6, 415 02 Gothenburg, Sweden, is the controller for the processing described here.

Questions about personal data can be sent to [email protected] or by phone on +46 724 48 44 63.

When you ask us to call you back

If you use the Call me back form, we process the details you provide: name, phone number, when it suits you to be called and, if you write it, what it is about. We use the details only to call you back and help you with your enquiry.

The legal basis is our and your legitimate interest in us being able to respond to your enquiry and – if you want to hire us – taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

The details are sent to our email and stored in the website’s administration. They are deleted automatically after 90 days unless they are needed for an assignment you have given us.

When you email or call us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide – such as name, email address, phone number and what the matter concerns – in order to reply. Correspondence that does not lead to an assignment is deleted on an ongoing basis and kept for no more than 24 months.

Job and internship applications

If you send an application to [email protected], we process the information in it to assess the application and contact you. Applications are kept for no more than 12 months unless we agree otherwise.

Clients and partners

For clients and partners we process contact details for contact persons and the information needed to carry out assignments, invoice and comply with Swedish accounting law. When we process personal data on behalf of a client in an assignment, we do so as a processor under an agreement with the client.

Each client’s information is kept separate and used only in that client’s assignment – including in our own system, LIVE Intelligence. We never share one client’s data with another client.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing.

We set one functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers whether you read the website in Swedish or English. It is stored for one year and contains no personal data. If you log in to WordPress (LIVE staff only), login cookies are also set.

The map on the contact page is shown from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. This may involve a transfer of data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted by Loopia AB in Sweden. On each visit the server records technical information such as IP address, browser and which page was visited. The logs are used for operation and security and are deleted after a short period in line with Loopia’s routines.

The client portal at portal.livecreativeagency.com has its own terms, which you receive when you become a client.

Who can access the data?

We never sell personal data. The data may be handled by the suppliers we use to run the business – hosting and email – who then process it on our behalf under agreement. Otherwise we only disclose data when required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to have data erased. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and receive data you have provided in a machine-readable format.

Contact us at [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or with the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

We update this policy when we change how we process personal data. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
